How do I place an order?
For first time customers you can either register with us on the left hand side of the home page or you can just click on the order cart of the item you wish to order, it will then prompt you to fill out your delivery details ect. You will then be asked if you would like to register with Saucy Fish or continue as a guest. If you register, your delivery details will be saved to our system for future orders, this will save you from completing the process each time. This option will also allow you to be on our exclusive mailing list for any upcoming promotions & specials. If you choose to continue as a guest your details will not be saved to our system for future orders and you will not be notified of any deals.
You will then be asked to confirm your order & click continue. Once confirmed you will then be directed to our payment options page, here you can either fill in your credit card details and our secure payment gateway E-way will process this immediately or you may click "Offline payment" if you are paying via any other option. Example: cheque. The payment offline option can also be used if you are local and the delivery charge does not apply as well as you may choose this option if you would prefer to call your credit card details through to Customer Service rather than online.
Do you only sell Costume Jewellery?
We mainly specialise in Costume jewellery (also known as fashion jewellery) where you can achieve the genuine look without paying the expensive prices. However in saying that we do stock some authentic pieces, for example some of our men's jewellery and body jewellery is stainless steel and several items in our women's range is in fact made from real natural stone. We also sell ladies handbags, purses, cosmetics, body jewellery, nail polish, accessories, men's jewellery, homwares, giftware and more!
Is the price expressed on your website (AUD$)?
Yes all our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
Is GST included in the price?
Saucy Fish is NOT a registered GST business so therefore GST isn't included in the product prices and we do not charge it on our invoices.
Is there a sum or quantity limit?
No there is no minimum order quantity or value.
Are the pictures on your website accurate to the real piece?
While every effort has been made in regards to true colour representation on the site, colours can vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on.
Do you have a catalogue?
As our product rang is forever evolving we do not stock a standard product catalogue. For accurate and up to date products, promotions and prices please refer to our website

Do you ship internationally?
YES. Due to our popular success in Australia, Saucy Fish now ships internationally. For all international order please select the "Payment Offline" option in the payment section as Customer Service will need to calculate your freight depending on location. You will then be notified by email of your total order amount.
Can I trust Saucy Fish for purchasing online?
Yes Definitely! Saucy Fish recognises that security for you the customer is paramount! You can be confident that Saucy Fish employs the highest level of security to protect your orders and information. We have a secure shopping cart through E-Way and our site is protected by an SSL certificate.
Does Saucy Fish sell or rent my personal information?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Saucy Fish will never sell or rent any customer information to anyone. We value your privacy and only keep your information for this site and for future orders. It is not used for any other purpose.
What is the best way to order with Saucy Fish?
You can either select the cart of the product you wish to order and follow the prompts to checkout or you may register with Saucy Fish (on the bottom left hand side of Home page). This way your personal details will be saved into our secure site and for any future orders you won't have to fill out all your shipping details again. It also allows you to be on our mailing list for any upcoming specials or promotions that we may have.
What if am a Wholesale customer?
If you are a wholesale customer you will need to register with Saucy Fish and once Customer Service has received you application we will check the business name and ABN number is accurate and update your account to view wholesale prices. Please note all prices on the site are Retail until your application has been approved to view wholesale.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Saucy Fish aims to despatch all orders in 24hours after payment has been received. All orders are sent via Australia Post and can take from 2-6 days for delivery. If you require urgent delivery please notify Customer Service upon placing your order as additional express rates may apply. These guidelines do not apply for international orders, this will be determined on location.
How much is shipping?
Australian Orders: For orders up to $50.00 in value shipping is $9.95, orders over $50.00 to $100.00 in value are $15.00 and any orders over $100 shipping is $20.00.
International Orders: Freight will depend on destination & weight. Please select the "Payment Offline" when at the payment stage, your freight will be calculated and you will be contacted via email with your total order value.
What happens if the item i order is not in stock?
If the the item you order is not in stock Customer Service will notify you of this. We may be receiving a new delivery of stock shortly so you can either hold off on ordering and we will let you know when this item is available or you can cancel this item off your current order.
How can i pay for my order?
Saucy Fish accepts the following payment options:

- Money Order
- Bank Deposit
If you are wanting to pay via money order or cheque please make the payment out to Saucy Fish. For bank deposit please notify customer service via email and we will give you these details. If there is any confusion regarding payment please email customer service on admin@saucyfish.com.au

We usually advertise any current or upcoming promotions on our Home page however, if you are on our mailing list we will be sure to notify you of these specials. Saucy Fish also has a "Specials" page (located on our product list) which is full of products at fantastic prices!
